We went today for lunch arrived about 1220pm there was NO HOST to greet us. We had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. Place was so under staff that usually when you're greeted they grab silverware n menus n seat you. Except no silverware at all. Had to ask 2x for them n napkins also. Our waiter was fantastic he took our drink order n our food order. We waited 45 minutes for our meal. My meal had black hair in it, I'm a blonde n date is grey n baled somewhat. Waiter noticed it first n I said I'm sorry I don't want this. He said of course. I'll get you another order. My honey enjoyed his meal, 12 oz steak potatoes n veggies. 40 minutes later they said I'll get yours next time I come out. About 20 minutes later mine came out but now honey is all done with his. 😞😓 not a pleasant meal for me at all. I truly thought due to the hairs in my meal n having to wait so long the manager would have come out to say something to me at least I'm sorry but NOTHING. We finally got our bill left gift card n cash (42.10 + 10 for tip cause waiter worked hard as he was the only one greeting, serving, waiting on folks) but we won't be back Very unhappy customer Bonnie Hoag

Jake our server was wonderful! Charming, pleasant, and very tentative. The kitchen messed up a couple of our orders and you could tell he took it personally even though none of it was his fault! And it was a party of 8 so not a big deal. We all love coming here!

This is the absolute worst applebees I have ever been to. There's no one at the door, no employee makes eye contact for service. Thwy are all walking around like zombie. I had to get up and walk out iy aucked so baf. I couldn't get seated and when I seated myself no one came to take my order. I wouldn't recommend trying to eat here. Zero stars.

Went for dinner here with my wife and as we first went in no host to meet you at the door and when the host did show to take my name no smile or welcome was given just a “how many?” We were shown to our table quickly with a little wait. Took about 15 minutes for the server to take our order and she did apologize for the wait and thanked us for our patience. Drinks were ordered a simple Pepsi for me and a water with lemon for my wife, food was ordered at the same time. After another 10 minute wait the drinks arrived, no lemon in the water, no big deal but we did ask if we could get a lemon slice. After a minute or two lemons arrived and just dropped on the table. We waited another 15 minutes for our salads to arrive and when they did, no silverware was provided. So we asked could we get some silverware and was told of course. The server went towards the kitchen area only to come out with food for another table. She then went on to other tables to ask how everything was for them. At this point the hostess was clearing tables so we asked her could we get the silverware to which she replied yes sure. After a minute or two we then see her behind the bar and doing something else. By this point our food has been at our table for nearly 10 minutes without any utensils. With no sign of our silverware we left, informing the server that we still had nothing to eat our Food with so cancel our order. I understand places are short on staff, and we will always make allowances when you can see people working hard, but the level of service at this location was at best, poor! We’ve eaten at many Applebees at many other locations but this was by far the worst experience we have had. And don’t think I will be eating here (or trying) again.

Went there with my family on Saturday for lunch and we didn't have a nice experience at all. So not nice that we don't plan on coming back there again. We were told that a waitress name Vanessa would be serving us by the man that let us to our seats. After about at least 15 minutes of sitting, the waitress finally approached us and she didn't even introduced herself to us. Usually the waiter/ess comes and say "Hi, my name is X and I would be taking care of you.." What was wrong: 1. The waitress was not friendly and took her forever to do anything from approaching us to giving us what we had asked. 2. We asked for 4 water with sliced lemons she never got the lemons and when we asked her again she said she will, rolled her eyes as soon as she turned away from us and it took her forever to come back with it. 3. She was not knowledgeable and didn't know to explain a few items from the menu. 4. We ordered long island Ice tee top shelf but all we got was what seemed to be pineapple juice- more juice and not feeling any liquor. We told the waitress we didn't want it because and she kept being pushy and tried again and again to tell us that they can make a new one when we were clear that we didn't want it if that was their recipe for making that drink. She has an attitude. When we first told the other nice young waiter that the drink was no good, he said he said that a manager would come see us and no manager came just our waitress, and she was very pushy. 5. She didn't serve us any of our food, a different waiter did and when we got our onion rings plates, we didn't get any small plates as they usually serve us with. Mind you, we were 4 people... 6. We asked for a straw for a chocolate milk drink, and we are still waiting to receive it... lol 7. No refills on our water, no no no. The only thing we got from her besides attitude is: "How we doing?" generic question. She didn't have her eye on us seeing if we are missing anything. She didn't offer a refill etc. 8. The food was pretty good minus the fact that my kids' burgers were burnt! we didn't even bother telling her. We did not enjoy our experience and would not go back there again. Needless to say, we left $0 tips since those days of feeling bad are over and we do not reward bad service and behavior. Too bad Vanessa, we usually tip 25%. Managment should really reassess their crew and do an orientation/ crash course on how to greet and treat customers.

Tried to have dinner here tonight. "Tried" is the operative word. The manager sat us down promptly. It was all downhill from there. She sat us at a booth closest to the entrance, which meant we were furthest from the waitstaff. We waited ten minutes and not even a hello I'll be right with you. We ended up walking out and no one cared. Is that the service we're expect at 6:30pm on a Sunday? If I could rate service a ZERO, but it's one star. They don't even deserve it.

Brought my family out too dinner. The waiter was higher than a kite, and their oil was so bad the food was just sour. When i asked the waiter he said yeah. The managers were too busy to speak to me. Horrible food and worse service

Service has been consistently decent. Food quality waxes and wanes. Sometimes decent, sometimes not. It is a rarity for me to give a place 5 stars for food though just to be fair.
